Overview of Requirements |
|
Applicants must currently hold
and maintain the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or the Certified Advanced
Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) credential, or the Certified Criminal Justice Professional
(CCJP) or hold a specialty substance abuse credential in another professional discipline in the human services
field at the master’s level or higher to be eligible to apply for the Certified Clinical Supervisor
(CCS).

Experience |

The maximum degree
credit allowed is 4,000 hours toward the experience requirement. *Degree must be
in a behavioral health or related field from a regionally accredited institution
of higher learning.

contact hours in clinical supervision (with a minimum of 4
hours of MCBAP approved training in each of the following Performance Domains)

Submit completed application with a $150.00 two-year initial certification fee. |
