| The degree must be from an regionally accredited
college or university, with a major in public health, sociology, social
sciences, psychology, education, administration, communications or a
related human service field. |

Experience is defined as full- or part-time work providing Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug (ATOD) prevention services at a Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) licensed substance abuse prevention program. A minimum of 20 hours per week of work experience must be devoted to planning, coordinating, evaluating, consulting and/or delivering prevention services. |
